They are charging extra in f&b , manoj on reception has charged extra , when I rechecked that I founded that , most of the guests will not verify, also charged 500 extra for ac room , they really need to work on reception counter

Ok okay type property.
not a value for money.
No water provide in the room.
very vad quality and test of complimentary break fast.
but it is completely opposite when you order some extra food that quality was very good.

Very good stay in the hotel
neat and clean

The entire stay is perfect.
Ample car parking , sports activities like table tennis, badminton.
only one suggestion...for a complimentary breakfast menu needs to be upgraded.
You should have varirety of breakfast ites.
rest all fine and cool.

But shower valve & jet spray holder is broken ...
Room is well maintained & Air Conditioning is also good..
Station To Hotel - Sharing autorickshaw are not available....You Have to pay 200Rs for personal Auto rickshaw...
Wet and joy water park is far away from the hotel.. ( 14km)
If you're Visiting a wet n joy - Then go Hotel to Lonavla Bus stop By Rickshaw...there is a Bus from lonavla Bus stop for Wet N joy...

we had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at casa de fedora holiday homes. the accommodation was affordable and included breakfast, making it a great value for money. we recommend booking on odd-numbered days for the best prices. the washroom was clean, and 24/7 hot water was available, ensuring a comfortable experience. highly recommended!
