rooms are great, but property lack lift service.. if you are travelling with a wheelchair then contact the property to know about the rooms booked, as most of the rooms are accessible only with stairs. breakfast option is very less as compared to price money you pay for rooms…although outside food are not allowed there is no much option for you to order what you wish..

Bathroom was in bad condition. Garbage area just outside the room. AC was not working properly. No ventilation at all. Foul smell inside the room. The room is very small. Not worth 5000 which I paid for. Overpriced. We can get such shabby rooms at 1000.
Swimming pool water quality was poor and very small also

no hot water, room service not 24*7Bad smell was coming in room from washroom some pipe was might be leaked.Also not worth rooms, aminities are not completed, they are not providing comb, dental kit, dryer, shower gel, even there was single packet of milk powder and cofee.No 24hrs support from reception.Hot water not coming.They are just taking money but failed to to give service.

Room was nice but food was not good. It’s not good for vegetarian also no activities are there. Avoid those who are searching it as Resort. It’s Hotel only with a small park with poor kitchen on main road.

This is a terrible hotel, especially not suitable for families. For 7500 Rs. this is a terrible room. Hot water was not available, pool size was very small. We booked extra bed and they give blankets which were smaller than the ones which Indian Railways provide you.
also, veg and non veg kitchen was not seperate.
the hotel is only for showoff and third class service. please do not come. Jacuzzi was also not working and toiletries were of terrible quality. also very far from the city and very slow service.
