I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and paid, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the price. While the room had a valley view, it was right next to a station where trucks and buses were constantly parked, so we couldn’t keep the curtains open for privacy. To make matters worse, we had to take cold showers on both days. On the positive side, the room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was really good. Overall, the stay didn’t meet my expectations for the price paid.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 small kids. Main difficulty we faced is issue with hot water. They had centralised hot water supply and we didnt get hot water in our room at all and we raise issue there was no solution for the first 2 days and on the 3rd day they provided hot water in 2 buckets. It was a very difficult stay at casa montana. The second difficulty is food, they had very limited dishes and during breakfast and dinner we dont have option rather than having from their buffet.

Great location at central munnar. Near by busstand. Amazing service by all staffs and manager was very helpful. Food is also good. Had an amazing time.

Good interiors but very slow service..less staffs..you have to go to the restaurant to order something as there is no room dining menu. I asked for a pair of room slippers but they never arrived. Interiors and location are good.

casa montana team maintaining this room very neatly, and this room is very spacious. i liked everything about this room. view also very nice from our balcony
