EXTREMELY BAD service. ....it's a Dharmshala not a Hotel,
No water bottle
no toiletries....broken flush button & tile ( see pictures)...
DIRTIEST pillow and blanket etc
Dirty bathroom....YUCK....there was lady hair all over,
Unclean room n bedsheet,
Hotel STAFF is very RUDE,....they refused to change dirty bedsheet, DIRTIEST pillow , etc,
Overall.....WORSE....WORSE.....WORSE .... WORSE......WORSE.....ALERT

bad service, no bottle water, no toiletries, no showers on pipe, faulty pipes and fitting, i have to carry soap and all...don't waste cash and time to this gost house

wonderful stay at central hotel, lucknow
my experience at central hotel was excellent. the atmosphere was very comfortable and clean. the rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities, making my stay hassle-free. the staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience.
the hotel's location is also great—well-connected to major areas, making travel convenient. the food was delicious, especially the local dishes, which were a treat to enjoy.
