it was nice , neat & clean hotel..quiet peaceful stay . hotel is little inside from main road ..( kaacha road) connecting to hotel . reception mam & staff guys behavior is good & helpful. in house resto & pool area are neat n clean.rooms are spacious with attached balcony. clean washroom area.
one issue: room passage lobby area is sometimes dark . it should be kept lights on all the time.

Value for money, property is based at prime location nearby calangute beach. Staff behaviour is very good and polite, rooms are also very clean.
