The staffs are very polite. The mam in the reception is very courteous and she attends every queries of the travellers with a pleasant smile. The rooms are very spacious and cosy

Room was clean and good staff behaviour. Restaurant food was average, rice was not cooked properly. As tourists come tired would be good if they get good food and not oily and uncooked.

The mountain view room was very good. Staff was good but they were not well trained. Main problem was the lady at front desk. I am not sure if she is the owner or just the manager but her behaviour is not good. She is very rude.

very much disappointed. Could not understand that how can rating of this hotel is high. it doesn't deserve even 1 star. As you enter in the hotel, You find that you are at wrong place. rooms stink like anything. cockroach and insects on the floor and in the bathroom.

It is located in lower Pelling within the market . Rooms are big with Kanchenjunga view. Staff is well mannered . Good food and facilities with Geyser, electric kettle, coffee and tea pouches with powder milk.

Enjoyed a beautiful stay. The mountain peaks can be seen from the windows of the room. Complementary Dinner and Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable.
