location: great location as it is nearby railways station and so many eateries nearby and close to periyar bus stand and meenakshi amman temple.
cleanliness: neat and clean lounge and rooms and pathways however there was a bad smell due to previous guest smoking in the room which was the only drawback.
connectivity: good connectivity with autos and bus stops nearby.
safety: safe location and inside hotel as it is located on a busy street, even early morning 5 am seemed safe to step out.

very bad, not suggested for a night stay, mosquitoes are everywhere from evening, i asked for a room upgrade and they disapproved it saying online booking cannot be changed, and they ask tips if u ask for a bedsheet change or room cleaning, better go for other options, night stay would be horrible with mosquitoes and bedsheets cause itching.

pros...near to railway station and near to meenkashi temple and decent cost effective stay
cons...no resturent , no car parking, bo tooth brush, no coffee maker with complementary cofee powder available, if though a 3 start hotel....also i got only one bottle of free drinking water eventhough i booked for 4 ppl, staff are not cooperative as i asked for one additional paid drinking water , they asked get from out side hotel, no resrurent is problem as you need to walk some diatance and also not enough space to keep your things

The hotel was very clean and neatly arranged. The service is also excellent. The receptionist is freindly.The rooms were very spacious and bathroom was very clean.Overall a good staying experience

nice stay.but recepcenist ask with some doubtly, why did not have luggage? I felt some inconvenience from that recepcenist.

Not recommended at all!
Dirty،the beds have strangely soft mattress that go deep. The non AC room had a loud constant noise from AC rooms! The fan has 2 settings, very fast or stop! Different sort of unwanted insects walking on or around the bed! In short, we xut our madurai trip short to obe night stay, due to this bad hotel! Never never never!

I booked Royal AC room and I checked in late at night in the hotel.The management is telling there is small problem AC is not working. you have to adjust in another room. I felt helpless as I cant do anything at the moment since it was 11 PM. I didnt get value for money room. Also I cant see any option to talk to customer care team, very disappointing.
