Very nice stay, big thanks to property manager Lekdin, shanti, kamla to make us birthday celebration memorable
We recommended to stay there very calm, and clean and pleasant resorts even we say much better than staying in Darjeeling or Gangtok Regard's BK

worst experience ever ....
charges were very high according to service....
poor management
food was not upto the mark,serving time too long, buffet was items were not ready..
on complaint they said they are short of staff or they are under staff

a very good location and a very good experience.
few things could be improved such as wifi facilities in the room is a must for such a property.

Its a lovely resort nestled in the hills of Pelling. The resort, every nook& corner of it, speaks of the taste & personal touch of It's owner/designer.
Staff is attentive & goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable.
Do take time out to tour the entire property n visit the spa area which has been done very tastefully.
Highly recommended.

worth staying .... its like kingdom of pelling...
food is awesome... staff is very cooperative...
my room 1008, go for that if u get, has the best view of Kanchenjunga top...
u can spend 1 full day in this kingdom only....
only prob is network... only vodafone works there ....
