Not for families. Just for bachelors, first of all the reception itself smells very bad and no one helps you to carry your luggage. No fan in the room. The floor is sticky and the room smells very bad.

The manger welcoming and nice to speak with him. spacious room and got balcony to see the munnar city's view. overall good had good time in cicily. the best part is eveything is nearby.. restaurant and shopping center.
After long day of sightseeing..sat on balcony at cicily with rainy evening with relaxing rain sound ..happy π

room is old I was seen rating we booked it's worst room no lift have to lift lagge too go 3rd floor by steps no room service it's not good for family it's harm but near busstand money I spended for room 2038rs but it's not worth even 1000 rs owners asked me extra bed charges we r paid 3 guest two single beds for two people

Room is not clean, Floor not cleaned. Closet getting very Bad smell, No Fan in Room, TV Remotes are not working, Mosquito Disturbance,No mosquito Net in windows, No 24/7 hot water (only 6am - 10am)

I won't recommend to anyone else to stay here because for this price you'll get far better ones,charged Rs.250/- for extra bed where I booked for 3 pax,no lift,no cleanliness, only thing is that it's nearby town and plenty of hotels are there

The place is very small and as it is a house stay owner has decided not to give very basic services.
Cons-
1.There is no lift or ramp and you have to carry all of your luggage.
2.Owner told us that wifi is there but for 2 days we were there there was no wifi.
3. Hot water is only from 6 AM to 10 AM which is very inconvenient in a cold place like munnar because the normal water is ice cold and you can't even wash your face with it.
4. There is no ventilation or fan in the room so it feels little ...more
