One hotel person was about to beat me and threatened to burn my friends bike . They are not eligible to run a hotel. No. Only as we have no friends in Goa, I checked out early to escape any attack on us. Hotel person is goon.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel. The staff was not at all co-operative. Room phonebwas not working. We had to go down everytime we had to call him. After calling for about 3-4 times he wpuld respond. The room was full off ants. We had no place to keep our stuff. We had swollen due to ant bite for 4 days. They were everywhere on our clothes our bags eating items. On constantly asking them to clean it they didnt listen. There was no hot water. He gave us a heater but it was not worki ...more

This was my first visit to this hotel. hotel is simple and nice. Best part is the coutesy and warmrh of service. Nuce friendly manner they adress your needs. One of the better services you will find at a low cost budget.

The experience at Hotel Citizen, How was pretty bad. The room was ok, but not very clean. The balcony was awful flight, full of dirt. There was no cupboard in the room, no water or even glasses provided.
