Overall good. Food quality could be better.. No elevators (lifts) to climb up the floors, which could be a difficulty for elderly and people having health issues.

The property showed on Go Ibibo as having a swimming pool and spa. That is a mistake on Go Ibibos part they neither have pool nor a spa.

0 stars. Booked family suite through Goibibo. My mistake was I signed at the check-in before seeing the room. First suite shown is the last possible room in property. We have to climb 2 floors by stairs. No issues so far. The suite is being used as a store room for the bed linen for the entire floor. House keeping hasn't entered it for how many days, God knows. Raised a complaint. Got shown a second room after 5 mins. Could not even step into the room for a second due to heavy stench of baygon s ...more

Swimming pool not available on property. Game room at the property was in very poor condition. Picture shows billiards table in game room, but it was missing. Table tennis table was in very poor condition. Hotel food was below average but prices were very high in comparison. Accommodation was in good condition. Nice & clean rooms. Staff was helpful, quick and hassle free check-in. Hotel price was a bit on the higher side considering property doesnot have a functional swimming pool, well maintained game room or any other facilities.

Food quality is quite good but very very expensive, no amenities at all, pool always under maintenance but still they charge full amount, if you have lot then stay here else try other options
