It was nice to stay at Citrus, location is good, services was good. food was also good. House keeping and other staff (Specially Hari and Kajol) was also very good.

1. Bathroom full of smell 2. Breakfast options very limited 3. One will take atleast 1 hour to get ordered food items. Neither manager nor waiter cares about the customer. 4. Rude receptionist 5. Room is unhygienic Worst experience

If you are looking for good location and spacious neat and clean rooms with reasonable charges then Citrus Prime hotel is the perfect option. We stayed here 2nd time for 4 nights and we liked the rooms & place as most of the north goa beaches are nearer to this place. Need to Improve: Transparent Glasses in the bathrooms could have been covered up with cloth or sheeting to have privacy of individuals. otherwise everything was good.
