    The whole staff is good, the cleaning here is also very good, the only problem is that the wifi is not working properly, I had to deal with the network issue, otherwise it was a very good experience

    it was a pleasant stay in the city palace resort. Very cooperative staff and amazing cook but only breakfast is available they should also look after lunch and dinner arrangements too at Hotel itself other than that everything is fine. Rooms are specious

    overall it was a great experience. The only clowback is the food. they don't have their own lunch dinner system which is very pathetic someone can spend a quality time with his family. location and the cleanness of the rooms are quite impressive.

    very very good hotel to stay very neat and clean ....not a single spot found on walls.....all amenities timely provided and staff is also very cooperative and very much punctual if you need anything
