It was a horrible experience at Cliff View Residency. Rooms were very small. The amenities were not there. There was no wifi, no sitting area, no jet in the toilet, no cupboard to keep the clothes or luggage. Tea was available only for a very limited time. No intercom to contact the staff from the room. Our dinner and breakfast was included. Dinner was just okayish while breakfast was really horrible. In breakfast they had only upma and bread. Nothing else.

The hotel was in a prime location. The view from the balcony was awesome. Rooms were neat and clean with all amenities.Staff and owner were very polite and humble, they were always ready to help guest.we enjoyed snowfall, bonfire and awesome view of mountains.Dinner & breakfast buffet was available with great taste.it was great experience there.

just one little bit problem is that jet is not there in the bathroom toilet seat.
