1 star here for service. the quality of the rooms was overshadowed by the fact that the room service was pathetic. the management is trying to save pennies by employing only one staff member. the height of apathy was that i ordered a fruit bowl over mobile (no surprises, the intercom was not working), and the bearer brought me an empty bowl. 🤣🤣🤣 and he informed me that there is no room service, if i want then i can go and pick up the food from the restaurant.the restaurant has only 2 options ...more

For the price , the rooms are spacious and worth the money paid , there is no room service though , the hotel basically is a bar at different levels , would recommend for family stay

had a wonderful stay at cochin seaport hotel, vypin kochi. offers spacious and neet rooms at an affordable price. the in-house restaurant is available throughout the day and serves excellent food. the hotel is budget friendly with a rooftop bar that has a great ambience. the rooms vere comfortable and the service was excellent. cochin seaport hotel located in prime location and easily accessible to all locations in kochi. good car parking is available in the premises. highly recommended for business/family travellers
