I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment about our recent experience at *Coco Heritage Resort Goa.* Unfortunately, we were shocked to discover that the property did not resemble the photos. The facilities looked dirty, and one pool seemed neglected and unused for extended periods of time. In addition, an unpleasant smell emanated from the rooms, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. *What added to our dissatisfaction was the behaviour of the woman at the front desk. very horrible experience very rude staff. No room service. Rooms were smelling bad. Rooms were horrible. Don't stay at this hotel. waste of money

Horrible experience First we had to wait for 45 minutes because the rooms were not cleaned.The room was not same as shown in pictureand room was so bad.No room service.The hostel staff was very rude.Towel was dirty.Rooms were smelling bad.Atmosphere was so bad.Hotel was at height. We have to climb to the hotel area.

Had the worst experience ever. The place is not as shown the photos. Its dirty and one of the pools looks as if it hasn't been used for ages.The other pool was not cleaned as well. The lady receptionist is mannerless and rude. We had booked 2 rooms but the rooms were of lower quality. They smelled of paint, found worms in the bathroom and people smoked just outside the rooms. When we asked for refund as we didnt want to check in and hotel denied any refund saying its non refundable.

Services can definitely be improved. There's a lot of potential but the staff is lacking. And everything has to be told to them for things to be done.
