No minelra water bottle at rooms, low room amenties, play area and other area was not clean, food items very limited and also expensive. luggage cart not available, construction going on hence very dirty.. not value for money

Resort was very neat and Clean.View from room also awesome. Staff behaviour and hospitality was very good, escpecially Staff Dinesh and Albin was very helpful throughout our stay. Swimming pool also maintained clean. Next coming to the food Breakfast was good. But during dinner Biriyani was not that much good other than that it was very good. It is very nice for this cost.

Loved the stay at Coffee routes. Excellent management and service. Comfortable rooms and delicious food. Lots of options for veg and non veg. Would totally recommend everyone to stay. Suresh and Satish were very helpful and accomodating at stay.

room and bathroom are not clean. they have ground floor room also and there is no view from there . it is below expectations.

Room is OK but service is below average. 1.TV is not working 2.Room cleaning is not happening 3. they are not changing the bedcover and bedsheets. 4. they mentioned 27 amenities but they forgot to fullfil.5.Not providing flask/ kettle .only positive thing is Resort Area is nice .
