shimla मे निजी लिफ्ट के साथ होटल और इतना कोआपरेटिव स्टाफ। 8th फ्लोर का शानदार व्यू आपका दिल जीत लेगा. मै अब jab भी शिमला जाता हूँ कोशिश रहती है इसी होटल मे रुकू

the hotel is right at the mall road … rooms are good but don’t have great view … if you are looking for hotel near the center than it’s the good choice

the room was not valley view. for some reason there were no room slippers, toothbrush etc. paid a hefty sum for that luxury suite, hence expected all things at place and smooth. it was my anniversary, didn't enjoy it as much. spa was the only thing that was great!

IF ANYONE WANTS A NICE VIEW FROM ROOM THEN PLEASE DONT GO FOR THIS HOTEL. ALL ROOM ARE ON ROAD SIDE WITH ZERO VIEW.. AND TRAFFIC NOISE DISTURB ALL DAY AND NIGHT... FOOD QUALITY IS ALSO OK OK.. NOT UP TO MARK... HOTEL CHARGED HIGH AMOUNT WITH LESS FACILITIES

The Ambience, Room services, Location, staff are really Good.
they have a playing area, Gym which are accessible without any extra cost
we enjoyed sight seens from the Hotels Floors
They helped us in parking our car, we don't need to use tourist lift.
Only thing is the complimentary breakfast should raised upto the 5 star standard
comfortable stay and easy access to mall road from their lift

It is an old hotel, which is not being maintained as per the times. Only plus point is closeness to Mall Road.

Dont book premium suite, horrible view, make sure you book good view rooms
The cleanliness is dodgy at best, had to ask them to change bedsheets and pillow covers upon arrival

We reached at 8:30-9 in the morning. I had called a day before to confirm that we'd be staying and might need early check-in, for which we were told that it will be based on availability and it was reasonable. I also specifically told the hotel staff a day before that we have a two nights stay with two breakfasts and we'll only stay 1 night so can they provide us one breakfast on the day of our early check-in for which the person agreed that this can be managed. the next day, 17 March morning , ...more
