I had a wonderful 4-day stay here! The hotel is great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A special shout-out to the staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my entire visit.

The stay at Hotel Comfy Capetown in Kochi was okay. The room was clean but didn’t have any air freshener, which made it feel a bit dull. Only one duvet was provided, which was not very comfortable for two people. Overall, an average experience. Some small improvements can make it better.

Room is ok for the price but cleaning of the room is not done properly. When we have checked in the room we saw a bunch of hair in the dressing room which is not acceptable at any cost, failure of the house keeping staff especially the supervisor who doesn't given any attention before the room released to the next customer. Overall very much disappointed!!!

"Recently stayed at Comfy Cape Town and had a bit of a mixed experience. The hotel's location and amenities looked promising, but unfortunately, we encountered some technical issues during our stay.
The lift was out of order for 2 entire days, which was quite inconvenient, especially for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the TV in our room would sometimes stop working, which was frustrating.
