this is one of the best hotels I stayed in this location, i really recommend to type of stays nice food. hygiene in rooms and entire hotel staffs was so friendly

Affordable, Spacious and Clean Rooms. We had booked a complimentary breakfast option and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with both veg and non veg options. There is parking space within the property for people travelling via personal car. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are non-smoking. The restaurant was child friendly.

The hotel is close to Ernakulam Town Railway station. The amenities are good with gym and pool facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had breakfast included in our stay and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with both veg and non veg options. There is ample parking space for travellers with vehicles and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Room, Ambience and Food was good. But front desk service is too bad. The staff seemed unwelcoming and unfriendly, which was disappointing. Additional ly, they didn't offer assistance with luggage handling,we waited for 15 minutes, but no one came to pick up the luggage so I handled it by myself. when we asked about this, that lady in the front desk remained silent.

there was no power for long time and when i was sitting the lobby at 11pm to talk with my friend the receptionist switched off the light too

There was a power interruption during midnight and little lag during check-in but it was because we asked for specific room with bathtub. Apart from these everything else was superb about the stay.
