positives: very good resort with beautiful view of the shenbaganur valley.. good food and courteous staff. clean rooms & furniture. big negative is there is no road access to the resort.. we need to cross a road which is too much slope with only rocks for road.. car suspension will go for a toss..

nice location and ambient stay.. Restaurant food need to improve.. breakfast was good, but dinner was not upto the mark.. overall nive experience.. 🤝

it was a pretty bad experience. please don't visit this hotel. Receptionist was very rude to us. Rooms were not clean. etc.

Hospitality - 5/5Food 4.4/5 , few items listed in menu were not available. Available ones tasted really yummy. View - 3/5 . Could see sun rise from room window. Except that 360 degree view is not very wow. Its average. City Reach - located far war from city and other view points hence more time needed to reach city and explore other things. Room service - Is wonderful except the part that the restaurant operates at restricted time which is not very convenient for late eaters and odd time eating ...more

Nice view from the place. Very pleasant in the morning, place is lil away from the main road. overall it was good. Food was good and had a good time.

Best for those who love to spend time with nature. Nice Room Ambience, very tidy rooms managed very well, Only limited rooms. Couple night travel to the resort maybe not advisable. Delicious food. not have much more game activities inside the hotel. You can only opt for stay and food.
