Neat and clean room,all time hot and cold water available here, very good brakfast,but some necessary amenities
items like rack or almirah to keep garments or other things is missing in the room and bad mirror position in the room,otherwise room is too much specious and very well carpeted , overall very good stay

stay at crown palace is very amazing walking distance to market is better advantage for guest hospitility is very nuice saff is very obidient overall experiece to stay at croen palace is very nice

it was a horrible experience staying over there no facilities given no one listens to you once you are in they don't even open the doors of the property and no help at all in spite of myself being senior citizen.. only one helper kept for entire hotel and he goes to sleep and never attends to the work please in front of me two families checked out immediately on the next day because they could not tolerate all this I could not shif because being alone I could not manage to go to the other hotel

Location good but basic amenities also not present.
Blanket was not cleaned and there was no regular room cleaning.no restaurant and for a tea also you have to go outside .

Not a good hotel and no cleanliness maintained... The room was not ready when we arrived and its very very chill during winter season considering its at ground level.... Though electric blanket provided...

If you are looking for a budget hotel, you can opt for it. Location of the hotel is quite good but a bit far away from dalgate.
