very nice property. but they need some maintenance work. Although check in is bit fussy because they close the entrance door after 10:30pm.

Room rates are too high. Room size is too small. However rooms are clean. Breakfast was good.

location is good . property is comparatively new . just 150 mtrs from swagadwar. Executive rooms are small and their toilets are even smaller . service is pathetic. food is over proced . steamed rice 1 plate is Rs 160 .

Very nice to stay here. Love this area and hotel also. Who loves the sea beach and marketing both, this hotel is ideal one. Hotel stuffs are very polite and very cooperative. Room is well maintained. However cleaning in the room, needs more improvement.

Experience was not good at all. I had booked Delux Side Sea View room. But I feel I was provided an Executive room. Because the mentioned room size is not matching with the size and picture provided. The actual picture is attached for all, which are self explanatory.
