pathetic service.
Rooms were so smelly that I requested for a change but they charged 500 for that.
no slippers, no towels, even after asking they kept on saying "la rahe h". no soap, shampoo etc..
Basic wifi was not there in one of the rooms.
Provided rooms were not connected I have to exit from the main gate n then from the road side I have to go downwards to enter in the second room..I would not recommend anyone even my worst enemies to enter the hotel.

no photo took but few points need to definitely rectify on priority. no proper door locking system. hot cold water mixture was not properly working and broken also and it has been shared to mgr also. tea serving pot was smelling. not satisfied from service. behaviour of reception polite and cooperative.

The hotel location is good near the station and the mall road in walking distance, taxi service provided by them with extra charges was a good experience. The valley view room is excellent. The service was good also. Apart from these we ordered veg pakora and tea on arrival, tea was good but the veg pakora quantity was too less. only 6 slice of potato pakoras and 2 cauliflower slice pakora and 4 onion sliced pakora was too costly which is disappointed to us.
As a women traveller the location of the hotel is good and secure.

Good Hostilities with the guests and near Mall Road and the visit places in Shimla is someone planing to visit shimla.

Dalziel located near to Shimla Kali Bari approx 500m away but Shimla Mall is approx 1km. Rooms & washroom are too good & also neat-clean. Restaurant facility is also available in the hotel.
Only one demerit is hot water from geyser will not be available for 24 hours as we have tried to use hot water in evening but in the morning is there no issue.

Location of the hotel is very good.
View of the hill can be seen from hotel room.
Behavior of staff is cordial.
