Not suitable for family.They accomodate lots of bachelors and students every time Very untidy. no AC for deluxe rooms which cost 5000. And that is not mentioned in any of their booking apps. They providing useless extra beds. They provide free breakfast but it's very cheap with only one dish.

Room was clean. Staff (Sharma ji) was good to the customers. Food options needs to be improved. Kerala is a place where Tea n Coffee are grown. But the cook doesn't know how to prepare it properly. Kitchen wares like plates, glasses lacks cleanelyness
