Initially we booked this hotel for 1 night, however after experiencing the good vibes, cleanliness and excellent service, we extended our stay to 3 more consecutive night one-by-one. The front desk personals are polite and always ready to help. Additionally, we got the 2-wheller rent out facility from the hotel itself which was at reasonable price and the people who handles that 2 wheeler service are tourist friendly. Overall I would say, that was a pretty much pleasant experience. Give it a shot.

The staff at Hotel De Grand Riveria was supportive and responsive, but the overall hygiene standards were extremely poor. Our first room (302) had bedbugs, and although we were shifted promptly, this reflects serious neglect. Cleanliness was lacking across the property — from dirty beddings and lifts to unkempt common areas and washrooms. Even the juice dispensers and water jugs at breakfast were shabby and unhygienic. This hotel urgently needs to address its cleanliness issues.

The place is good but bedsheets are not clean. Bed is the most important part of room so dirty bedsheet do not leave a good impression. But restaurant is good, food tastes amazing, very nice. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Pool is huge and clean. Good parking space too. Just the dirty bedsheets and the dirty towels are disappointing.

Pros. Suitable for families, food is good , service is good, breakfast is good. Cons. Resort has two pools but water of both the pools has bad smell. They provide only one shampoo sachet and one soap per day.

review- the property is good. although all amenities are not in full fledged now because of the monsoon. overall a good experience. cleanliness is one of the concern in this property. good infrastructure but not maintained as it should be.
