The hotel is located in a very good location with a very nice view of Kanchanjunga from the road. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel during our recent visist to Pelling.

it's very good hotel for Family and couples.clean and peaceful property in lower pelling.the behaviour of staff and manager is good.the manager behaviour is appreciable and he is very calm and gentle person.

llLocation is very good and closed to.market area. Outside view is awesome. Staffs are also very co-operative and helpful.

very bad room size. all side closed hotel building. no mountain view room available. for all the rooms only one man and one cook available.

1:- Hotel staff was unavailable when I reached there, have to call delight helpline.(Reason being he was tired which is okie ) the only thing some number has to be kept in reception where a customer can call.2:- Location is quiet and in lower pelling.3:- Hospitality was good overall. Mostly I found that staff was not very much interested to entertain customers, which is quite unprofessional.4:- Geyser was not working properly.5:- Bed was comfortable and the blankets were clean.6:- Parking is a hassle, not much ample space but hotel staff guides you on how and where to park.

Room is to small for 3 people. Staff are very good. Electric kettel not provided. Food is to good. But room are average.
