I went to Mumbai for attending exhibition but when we entered hotel belmond the rooms were totally damped. The staff is not good. The hotel is not family friendly

Service was poor no intercom.for service.
TV was not working properly.mostly paid channel were not working neither they recharge the channel after several request.
Rooms are not spacious.
