Worst thing saw in H.P, You Charged us for using Washroom, BTW it is illegal to charge for using washroom and providing Water under Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarai Act.

firstly I was disappointed with the location. We reached the location which was tagged ... After calling the hotelier we came to that it's 20 KM's far from the tagged point. it is very far from mall road..... to rectify that issue. When I called ...to cancel the hotel as its 20 KM's far from the tagged place and that too hill road.They didn't cancel it and called hotelier. Hotel provided car to pick from there but we were five people and 2 kids ,so somehow managed to accommodate in Alto. While ...more

hotel staff was too slow to respond to any request. room was not clean. there was smell in room and hotel staff didn't do anything for that.

We booked 3 rooms but hotel provide only 2 rooms. Hotel Main gate was closed we wait around 20 minutes at out side of gate in midnight
