review room no 120no faucet in wc only jet spray.dressing table wooden work shabby.no holder for saving items etc below mirror in bathroom. (blanket) cover unwashed.all other ok room spacious. window view awasome. staff behaviour fine.

The service from hotel is terrible room are not clean and staff was not educated along with that we have ask by hotelier if you want to pick up the laugage bag you have to pay extra amount there is no parking facility terrible condition and I never recommend this hotel to any one

The Hotel was not good as per expectation and reviews.
Room Service was very bad. They always delayed providing Tea, food, water etc.
There was no shower and hand-shower in the bathroom!
There was no arrangements warming drinking water in the room. In the Cold also, we had to drink cool water!
Food Cost was very high in the restaurant. We had to take food from outside.
We won’t recommend staying in this Hotel!

However the property has some beautiful views and is located at a prime location walk-in distance from Ridge and mall road. But the hotel staff especially the employees sitting at reception were very rude. They should undergo some basic training to deal with the customers.
