very small room, water disruption, location is very bad... room size is not at all worth you can get sea facing room at that price. if you have enough money to waste just book this hotel

Decent hotel very close to Puri new beach. Market area is walking distance. Nice bedroom and washrooms. Lift is available

The property phone number is not listed on your portal, instead their Kolkata office corporate number is given. So there is hardly any communication between the portal, hotel, office and customer. A bad system of communication.

Sorry Very poor experience ...I left the hotel yesterday afternoon...no ac remote...no generator back up...all persons and laborers are getting in side the room without knock the door except service people ..They have forced me to stay in 202 which is not that category what I have paid for ...i had a hot conversation with them ...then they alloted me a different room...the comot shower is not working properly ....how you people can recommend a person such a shit....The behavior of the welcome de ...more

No facility of drinking water, no intercom connectivity with reception, night time not a single staff is available except a chowkidar..who is also attached night duty with next restaurent .I don't recommond such hotels. No Services after rregistration entry; even for one bottle water, you have tocome down.....and water bottle is used to get nearby shop.I don't recomond anybody to stay in hotel.

Horrible location and very dirty, dusty rooms with mold. We were told we would get a road facing room but got a dungeon facing room instead! The hotel is in a super congested area that can only be reached after crossing the Swargadwar crematorium every single day. The bedsheets and towels were not changed, only bare minimum room cleaning was done. The room had a weird odour and the only good part about the stay was the food at their restaurant which was reasonably priced, and had an authentic, homely taste. Highly disappointed with the experience and definitely never going back again!

Room is good, but room given to me was not suitable for 4 people (3adults and 1 child).It was two bedded room only . Total dealings is really bad.

worst service regarding room providing.. i booked for ac room but while checking they said there is no ac room available nd provided us a non ac room nd didn't even refunded the Money..
