Dream Catcher Plantation Resort in Munnar offers a perfect blend of comfort, scenic beauty, and great service. The rooms are clean and cozy, with beautiful views. Staff were courteous, and check-in was smooth. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the desserts and fruit salad. Spa and travel desk services were excellent. Activities like horseback riding, Polaris tours, and the evening campfire with music added to the fun. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

A place to relax and enjoy the soothing serene, Rooms were good. The location is awesome. Kids friendly. Kids enjoyed the indoor-outdoor activities. Garden is well maintained.
I am truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and warmth shown by the staff at Hotel, From the moment we arrived, everyone has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Tranquil Getaway at Dream Catcher Plantation Resort
Dream Catcher Plantation Resort is a good hotel, beautifully located in the heart of a tea plantation. The scenic drive sets the tone for a peaceful stay.
The front desk is staffed 24/7, and the staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming. I received a warm welcome, and the hospitality throughout my stay made me feel valued.

Good resort but some things we have to keep in mind in safety aspects. We reached there at 1 pm and we just went out for a brisk walk. walking way is crowded with tea plantations and it's densely planted. what we thought had happened at that time. we had seen a big snake moving in between the tea plants where the way to cottages and near to children's park.its so dangerous as we have no space to escape as the width of the walking way is very narrow..we some how managed to escape and reached room ...more

tea-plantation area is amazing and excellent photogenic place. room is just good. evening and morning ambience in the resort is very nice.

Location and general ambiance is Ok.
There are a few observations regarding the betterment.
1. The kids' playing area is totally in an undafe location, which has to be addressed soon.
2. Lift facility is not provided in the main complex, hence not disabled friendly.
3. The main entrance road is narrow and steep, which makes unskilled drivers' negotiations tough.
4. Twin bedrooms do not have air-conditioning, and it's not suitable to stay from March to July.
5. Price is too high for the facilities they provide, hence not value for money.
