The staffs were well behaved and helpful. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. There was 24 hours warm water with a good view. Tables and chairs right by the window. There was usual TV, electric kettle, tea and coffee packets with wardrobes and other things. Everything was working thankfully. Food was good and prepared well in a very less time. The staffs bought me few things I needed urgently from nearby shop without any extra money. The location is fantastic and gives clear view of Kanchendzonga.

they have produced back side room of scenic beauty .I did not expect this room with high cost. it is not 3 star hotel.

We got rooms in basement which had a poorly maintained balcony with no view. There is a kitchen on the same floor , hence cooking oil odour is in the air, even in the rooms. visit this hotel only if you get a top floor room. Room was decently clean from inside.

hotel is costlier comparitively. Service is also not proper. choose this hotel only if there is no option left.

This was an excellent experience for us as the hotel was exceptionally wonderful. Starting from the room decor, amenities, staff behaviour and a special mention is of the wonderful food that was served. And the cherrry on the cake was the great view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel itself which made the experience even more thrilling.
