i didn't click
room not upto the mark, fridge was not working, ac was not working hence change the room water licking in wc flush, main important thing the receptionist approch was very sad and bad no smile no welcome
hotel maintenance was not even upto the standard mark
i will not recommend any of my friends or relatives this hotel

Fan not working in lift.
No proper ventilation system in non AC rooms.
Restaurant not adequately shocked.
No other stores or restaurants nearby.
Not walking distance from Temple.

i stayed in duke, it was a very bad experience. wifi was not working, staff's behaviour and reply was different. room conditions are not good

The hotel is outdated in my view and lot of seepage in the bathroom, lizard , smell in the rooms. If you might seen some good pictures then those might be very old. I asked to change three rooms but still no satisfaction with the issue resolution

The worst hotel I have stayed till now. This hotel has ruined my experience I have problem with manager who asked me not to call him. Is this how a manager should behave?I will be lodging a complaint in the customer and consumer departments so that a legal action is taken.Extremely unclean properties. Bottles of beer thrown. No water bottle provided. Water filter empty at night.Tap water does not work. Room service unclean. I could go on.
