people r too good. The food is super. but don't take the 3rd floor rooms. because all the time kitchen smoke is entering the rooms like 316.

By giving it the name "deluxe" ..it will not be the same. in our deluxe room, the AC was not there , we suffered so much because of the cold!

Nice hotel with good location. Hotel is located in prime location near ghat no 13. Room is ok, but very hot in summer as there is no AC. Avoid accepting room at 3rd floor in summer, it is extremely uncomfortable.

Ancient property with zero maintenance,very highly priced just because of location, service is utter poor, pathetic food , dirty rooms . You will feel miserable checking in, this seems to be the worst property at boulveward road. I guess when there is season and rush is there, few people like me are bound to take it

rooms are clean and big .
room service are good .
hotel managers are responsible person .
only wash rooms are just ok .
