The hotel was situated in mid City with easy access to railway station and bus stand. They also had parking facility. The entrance to the building was narrow but room was spacious. It felt like staying in old yet renovated house. The AC cooling wasn't functioning well.

the room is big and the ac and hot water are working fine. the owner is polite and helpful. the only issue is the outer ambience, which looks old and the main entrance is a little awkward . but the ambience and cleanliness is very good inside the room.

I have known this hotel for over 20 years but last 4 years, I haven't been there. it has changed totally. It was nostalgic for us to stay there on our 17th wedding anniversary day but I'm very disappointed about the stay there. Everything was dirty, very bad smell in the room we couldn't even touch on the handrails of the stairs. For the rate also, We checked in at 8:30 pm and we checked out at 2:30 pm. I have paid 250 rupees extra. I have paid + 250 at the property I paid for this dirty room. they charging 726 extra for this. I will never go back to there.

the location is main part.heart of mg road.check in was smooth. had a good time with mr girish menon ( owner). he was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. will recommend.

I refused to stay at dwarka cochin,
No reception count there, only one Nepali was sleeping there. Room was so horrible like Haunted House there for I refused to stay and go to other hotel namely town ridge hotel suits. Please cancel it and return my booking amount please. I m regular customer
