It was really bad experience to be there. the reality is like Dharamshala type feeling from outlook of hotel . At 2 days of stay i found nothing like resort type wali feeling. Swimming pool was very dirty and unclean, and i told GM sir , he said it is clean. How could be swimming pool with 100 of dead insects i will believe that it is clean. Break fast was good. Rooms were good. Rest amenities are very poor , no proper things were available to spent whole day in so called resort. No amenities for family to spent day in this resort

Went with my family booked three room...all were amazing....i was worried about hygeine and cleanliness as i was travelling with my one year old kid...but portico family made sure everything was at service whenever its needed...whether its customised food for baby or something else...pool was clean too...overall superb stay

The stay was awesome ! The hotel is great constructed , the surrounding area of the hotel gives the goa vibes in lonawala , the hotel staff was too chill and friendly too

The hotel is not 3 star for sure. Didnât live up to the Sarovar brand name. Cost can be lesser. Even toiletries have to be asked to be given.

It's a very small property with a very small swimming pool, approx depth of the pool is around 3.9-4ft
and length approx 20ft.
if there are around 8-10 guests in the pool then it becomes difficult to enjoy.
The check-in and check-out was smooth.
The front desk was very helpful.

I have paid Rs.2360/- for decoration ,but there was no decoration at all. There was hardly 10-12 ballons and a few petals of rose. There was no candles at all.
