Hotel could have provided better room, with balcony facing towards pool but they preferred to place us at farther side with balcony facing no where but neighboring walls. Air conditioning was terrible inside room.

We had a good experience staying at empires. But the price we pay we expect a bit more from a hotel. The Air conditioning was faulty and no serious effort was taken to deal with that situation. Rooms were decent.
The outdoor ambience was beautiful and the view from the balcony was mesmerizing.
Good food and well behaved staffs.

The hotel is a good hotel located near the New marine drive beach . The rooms were clean. The pool and the lawn area was also good and we had a good time . Only during the check in, we had to wait for 45 minutes and the food which we ordered once was stale . Breakfast was good , really good. The restaurant staffs are excellent. Overall we had a good time and I would recommend this hotel .
As a group of friends, you can really have fun there.

Good atmosphere, near to sea far from city and temple, amazing staff,good food, pool is nice, but there is no spa or bar.

Rooms and service was good. food could be better. Ambience was good. Nice place to spend with family. Seaview from the lawn was awesome.
fish items were not tasty. Water leakage from basin, however that was fixed after complaint.

It was a very good experience staying in Empires Hotel. Hotel ambiance and surrounding areas are really good.
Hotel staff is friendly. Food is tasty and price is reasonable.
