Ac was not cooling properly. Support from front desk was pathetic. No extra bath towels provided even after requesting. pathetic service. not recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel in Ernakulam, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms are incredibly affordable, yet they're immaculately maintained, neat, and clean. The modern amenities, such as smart TVs and smart fans, add a wonderful touch of comfort and convenience.
My only minor quibble is the lack of a kettle in the room, which would've been a nice addition.
