Pathetic service, reception guy didn't reciprocate to our situation. Ppl are not willing to provide services though we paid for the services. Would not recommend this place at all.

location of the hotel is amazing. anjuna beach, baga beach are quite accessible. tito's lane is at walking distance. overall you get what you pay for. it is not a luxury stay, so don't expect it to have that, but a great value for money.
