we stayed here on 8 to 10 july.. first of all the property is too congested.and rooms doesn't have ventilation or space for ventilation.
you have to request too many times for room cleaning. breakfast doesn't have much options.
Although It is written in the Goibibo that 2 hours of checkout is complementary but they didn't even consider for 1 hour. aren't polite

I have stayed there from 24 june to 28 june with family and taken 2 swiss cottages. But there was construction going on in exactly opposite room and there was lot of disturbance. The labourer were standing right there whole time and were staring towards our room balcony. we could not use the balcony for which we have paid the extra amount. The hotel representative were informed and were requested to change the room but they didnot as the category was full. Further they did not even stop the cons ...more

The hotel lacks basic facilities to the guest like providing water. They give you 2 small bottles and then they don't even provide you regular water, they overcharge you for water too. Considering a '4-star' hotel, the breakfast options should be more expanded.
