worst quality of room.. if you Book here then you'll get your room after 2.5 hours. no manegement. you'll not getting a minimum service from here... really very bad experience.. please avoid to stay here.

Worst experience. zero staff, no water at the room, no logs at fireplace coz it was intentionally kept out, no proper meals, no stock to prepare food, burnt room heaters (as against tower heaters promised on call before booking) and no response from Mohit who kept disconnecting dozen calls post checkin. it was a nightmare. everything about the property. not worth 11k a night. refrain from this show off a piece.

Good hotel considering the remote location... but the hotel is very over priced... other better options available near by at better price...

Considering the remote region, this hotel offers good comfort. It's clean and maintained. Having said that, Electricity is gone half the day. So no heater, no mobile or camera charging etc. Unless your meal plan includes dinner, you will not get starters or anything to eat even around 7 or 7:30 in the evening. You have to request them and place dinner order compulsory along with starter order. Which is very inconvenient.

One of the best and costliest hotel in Lachung. A very good option if you are staying with family and spending time in hotel otherwise an expensive option.
