Stayed 2 days, but
1. Despite multiple calls and reminders to reception, house keeping didn't clean my room, not changed linen and towel
2. Behavior of staff is rude and unprofessional
3. Starting from Security guard to front office, staffs are rude, casual and unprofessional in conduct and behavior.

Disappointing Stay- Needs ImprovementCheck-in was extremely slow with a long wait just to get the keys. The room had a cracked ceiling, giving it an unsafe, neglected look. The lift barely worked, which was a major hassle since my room was on the 4th floor. Overall, poor maintenance and service. Not recommended unless serious improvements are made.

1.Throghout the night after power cut AC didn't work and in the morning when I asked at reception, he said a new person has joined and forgot to give AC connection with power back up.
2. At the time of checking out , hotel receptionist has taken the phone from.my hand for giving high rating without my consent

The condition of the bathroom in the room is highly unsafe due to the exposed electrical wires of the geyser, which pose a risk of electric shock to anyone using the shower.
I urge the hotel management to refrain from offering such rooms for accommodation.

the guy sitting in the reception during morning hours was very casual in taking breakfast orders. received breakfast after 2hours of giving order and that too different that was ordered.
