horrible experience.there is an unbearable stinking smell in the rooms the staff is very rude and uncooperative and says that they do not bear any responsibility as the sarala hotels management is changed and is not managed by fabhotels. this leaves us in such a terrible situation where we spent thousands to get a vacation and the hotel is making it a nightmare.the restaurant is not available in the hotel. it is closed.there was no one there during the check in time and we kept waiting for a long time for someone to show up and check us in.all rooms are in a disgusting situation.
