Only the Reception member is very very kind and helpfull to us. Other than that no use to choose this stay from Fabhotel roshan residency. They provide everything we need only after requesting to the service member. He take care of customer very kindly. But if rooms are valuable ? It would be hundred percent No. Rooms are not so so worth and fully mood spoiled to stay. Not good location. No good view No parking properly. No clean / hygienic Tv didnt work for more than 15sec. No proper Beds for deluxe room. No proper bed No clean /hygienic Not a great view Tv didnt work

One of biggest disappointments to have booked our stay with Fabhotels. provided with a fking underground room with no amenities and most special thing about the room is the Toilet vent is kept inside the room which is mind-blowing. Paying 10k to get provided with a place with not even a room service is filthy. I'd nvr try Fabhotels or recommend to any of my contacts and would stop my surroundings from booking one through Fabhotels.

I booked Fab Roshan Residency but after booking our accommodation shifted to Fab Abirami due to maintenance. 1) Fab Abirami is not 3 ⭐ hotel. 2) Hot water will come on 7 to 9 only. 3) No kettle is available.
