Hotel location is ok, near to the market. Bathroom is very bad. Required more maintenance in the rooms. Beds and bed sheets looks old, not sure how frequent its washed. Wifi is not working at all. Breakfast is not good, i see the long hair in the poha and felt very disgusted. Overall this Hotel requires lots of maintenance

I had an extremely disappointing experience with FabHotel Shubhangan - Nr. Bandra. Despite making a confirmed booking for 2 rooms the hotel denied my check-in on the day of arrival. Their justification was that the rate I paid online was "too low," which is completely unacceptable.As a customer, I trusted this hotel to honor a confirmed booking, but instead, I was left stranded with my family in another city without accommodation.
