It was a very worst worst worst experienceThe fig fin should be removed Even though our booking was confirmed, we were made to stand at the gate for at least 40-45 minutes, telling us that the rooms were not available.We have booked this hotel due to its proximity to Calangute Beach and I am an old customer We also called the hotel owner before our arrival and he agreed that the rooms are ready but when we went there, the hotel owner did not receive any of our callsThe person at the reception ...more

it was very bad experience. we booked the room but when we arrived at the hotel they didn't provide proper room according to facilities which was mentioned in booking time. they provide non AC room & tell us manage for night next morning they will provide AC room. but next morning they create many excuses. morning, afternoon then evening. that also washroom light not working, chairs not available balcony condition is bad. whole night we use washroom without light. finally next night they provi ...more

terrific exp. only room and ac but no remote, no TV, no fan, no bathroom hanger,no bathroom mat, no mirror adjusting,dirty window,balcony. manager ka behaviour bahut kharap, all staff complain kar raha hai manager ka upor, hotel Malik ko manager ko hatana chahea, no body choose this hotel, pura tour kharap ho jayega
