hotel room was not sound proof and as the hotel is situated at roadside at a very busy road so sound of horns was very annoying. I could not sleep properly. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.

rooms are not clean, there is no lift in the hotel and no helper to transfer the luggages as well.. washrooms were in bad condition

all the staff are concerned,respectful & we experienced the true punjabi hospitality there...the location is in the center to all famous eatries, shopping places &prime tourist attractions..it has easy access for transport as it is near to bus stand&metrostation..The only con is that the hotel has no lift & the stairs are small..
