we have mixed experience here. 1st they have no proper communication. we reached hotel and call them again and again but no response.. after 1/2 hour shelvi mam come and then she arranged everything. 2nd shelvi mam is very nice women and very helpful also very politely she talk and calmly manage everything. 3rd home stay is very clean perfect for family. bedsheets also clean. bathroom also clean.
4th they charged room service which is i really don't like. when we booked any hotel or home stay ...more
