it is good to stay in hotel g-square,but it was a delayed check in process.
we asked them to provide an early check in,as our train reached there in the morning.
though the room was vacant they have allowed us to check in at 10.30 a.m

the room was untidy, all the walls are dirty and sofa set was torn and looks like it wasn’t cleaned from ages. also, they don’t have normal ro water to serve, they insist on buying water bottles.

their is no need to post photos Hospitality industry is All about service
it's very intresting, their is no Hot water since we checkin till checkout,no one offer Hot water as my 10 year Daughter have to use cold water, because their is no choice
it's a very commonsense to complete the customer needs as what hotel promised or as a general availability at any hotel
it's not Acceptable at all
hopefully hotel management adress this issue & provide service for upcoming Guest

One of the best hotels to stay in Shirdi. I stayed for 2 nights in Jan 16th and 17th. The service is amicable. The hotel called me the previous day to confirm my visit and time of arrival. On reaching Shirdi, they had sent the cab for pickup. Since I’d arrived by 9am, I was informed that I’ll have to wait till 11, however the room was ready by 10 and I was able to check in. Everything was great –from the location, service quality, amenities, to the cleanliness. The staff was helpful, and the in-room services were excellent. However, I opted for the breakfast, lunch, and dinner package, which was a significant downside. The breakfast had limited options, and lunch and dinner were only available as a thali, which I didn’t enjoy. We had to spend extra to get food that we liked. The complementary food options should either be improved or removed.
